I worked for Turn 2 Us Handyman services in Chattanooga TN as a Handyman. My Duties included Painting, replacing plumbing and electrical fixtures, rot repair in floors and siding, bathroom remodels, door and window replacement, and many other Handyman type duties.

I worked for Trico Companies LLC out of Burlington WA. as a carpenter. I have been working in the role of a lead carpenter 6 months now and I completed the Foreman training program offered by The Associated General Contractors of Washington education foundation. My duties include framing, foundations, insulation, siding, finish carpentry, seismic upgrades, tilt panels and punch list carpenter.

I worked for Thunder Mountain Mobile LLC in Juneau AK. as park manager as well as acting as property manager for several other accounts handled through the same office. Duties were collecting and posting rent, making the deposits, and drafting and serving NOTs (notice of termination) writing and implementing rental leases, showing rental properties, accepting and processing applications for rentals, placing ads for empty units, performing walk-through’s at move-in and move-out, as well as coordinating any work to be done during the turnover that I didn’t perform myself. Other duties included; maintenance and repair of park rentals and equipment, setup of new mobiles, maintaining the water system, equipment operator, (backhoe and front-end loader, and excavator) building steps, decks, sheds, and remodels of rental units, conventional construction as well as mobile homes.

I moved to Washington to be closer to family, during this time I did some work for a property manager and a realtor as well as for Mr. Handyman of Puyallup for 3 months, was laid off due to lack of work, then went back to Juneau to run the park for Thunder mountain LLC again until a suitable replacement could be found and trained.

I worked for eight months at an apartment complex in Clackamas, OR. I was the maintenance supervisor of one (myself) in a complex with 110 units. Duties included turnovers, re-keying and master keying locks, any repairs or maintenance request that came in, servicing and maintaining the pool and spa as well as some appliance repair and keeping supplies stocked.

I started my own handyman business with a customer base consisting of property managers as well as private parties on several types of rental units, from single-family homes to fourplexes with a main emphasis on mobile homes. Duties entailed a wide range of jobs, including but not limited to, clearing drains, fixing leaks (plumbing and roofs), installing light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, windows, doors, appliances, water heaters, building steps, decks, fences, setting up and leveling mobile homes, house re-plumbs and just about anything you can think of that would need to be built or repaired in a home, apartment, or mobile home.

I worked for Saint John Vianney in Kirkland, WA. in ground maintenance then in building maintenance. Duties included basic grounds maintenance, janitorial, minor repairs to facilities, and set up of conference rooms.

After that I worked for Bax-Dap Corporation in Juneau, AK as a maintenance/courier. I was in charge of the upkeep of two pizza parlors, an ice cream parlor, and an office building. Duties included basic janitorial and maintenance needs as needed as well as pickup and delivery of stock and paperwork for the restaurants and office.

My experience in construction started working for my dad and uncle in Juneau, AK when I was 11-12 years old until I was 18. During these years I participated and was trained in every phase of construction from clearing the land, putting in the road, water and sewer, to putting in the foundation, framing, roof, drywall and finish work and everything in between.
I have my OSHA 10 card, Washington State Journeyman’s Card, First aid card, and an operator card from Hilti for power actuated tools
I have experience operating Backhoe, excavator, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts – both all-terrain and warehouse type of forklifts.
I am a graduate of CITC Construction trades program.
